Don’t know about a controversy because there isn’t any threat to Cam’s job on the roster. But if you fully expect Cam to come back next year throwing bombs then you haven’t been paying attention. Dude lost his rocket and might not get it back.

I would say hindsight is 20-20, but I'm not sure anyone disagreed that the backup QBs on the roster would not be able to manage the team well. That being said, I would say DA proved that he was done by the results he had in Buffalo. It just simply wasn't a priority this season. It needs to be, next.
