We don't throw deep. Samuel and Byrd are both faster than Jackson, yet got no balls thrown deep.

Its less of a receiver personnel problem and more of a QB health/oline talent issue. 

It's a huge Oline talent thing. While the tackles have been bad the interior has been worse. Getting any QB under center killed.

Since Funchess and Smith should be gone, we do need someone else but cap space is a consideration.  Not sure if we can afford Jackson with other needs on the roster.

I think he would have been perfect before he signed with TB two years ago. Now, we have bigger needs than him.
