Since the majority of you were wrong on Baker Mayfield. Would it be dumb to Draft Kyler Murray?

No he’s not, he’s said numerous times he’d love to play in the NFL and also that he’d love to play both ala Bo Jackson.

I think he’d be a great pick, doesn’t have the swagger of Mayfield but is a more accurate passer and more dynamic runner. His height is one obvious red flag but his pinpoint accuracy, quick release and mobility make him an intriguing prospect. Durability is a concern for me. Hate OU will get destroyed Saturday thanks to their middle school grade D.

If he did decide to pursue football he’d have to pay back what he made with the A’s from last I heard. He actually made more than his coach Lincoln Riley this year.

Actually, Lincoln got an extension before the season. Is making 4.8 mill right now, while Kyler signed for 4.6 mill.

I think the implication is defensive in nature--establishing the fact that we were once wrong validates his idea and voids it from legitimate and reputable criticism.  Not malicious,, but not an effective approach either.

Na, it's just the fact the majority of the Huddle said Mayfield was going to be a bust. And clearly was wrong. Not to mention, Murray plays in the same Offense, has put up better numbers in every facet, and is even more accurate than Mayfield. That's why I put that in there. But, thanks for trying?

There are zero franchise QBs in up coming draft...

Herbert was the closest and the next draft might have much better options.

Lets discuss...Grier is basically the same size as Heineken.  Murray is much shorter and neither has an NFL arm.  Your welcome on the knowledge.

This guy isn’t working out for teams there fore it’s a mute point in him playing football. Yes he’s doing the dog and pony show saying he would love to play football wouldn’t you? I mean if this baseball thing doesn’t work out it leaves the door open. But right now he’s focused on baseball. Drafting him would be like throwing away a pick at this point. Stop the madness.. let’s go talk about tackles defensive ends and corners for that matter.

He's literally said he's keeping the NFL option open. LOL. Alrighty though.

I bet you said Mayfield didn't have an NFL arm. Murray has an NFL arm, and is more accurate than Mayfield. But, alrighty then. Just keep up that "knowledge" you keep spewing. It's cute.
