I posted about Cam injury two days ago... he needs a surgery and a long time for rehab and recovery to be 100%.  Skipping surgery is basically guarantees his arm will give up mid season again.  The surgery is not very hard but requires doctors to make a deep cut and stick a camera inside and repair the joints in his shoulder.  Cam have a common quarterback/pitcher lambrum damage that causes dead arm after excessive use.  Rest and physical therapy helps temporary but reinjury is almost guaranteed unless surgery is done.

Well for one he can start by getting a 2nd opinion, cause either the Panthers are telling him no surgery or he don't want another surgery, when actually this is the best time to get it if need be
