This team isn’t going anywhere until every lingering JR person (GM/Coach etc) is no longer here. Tepper needs to make this organization in his image now. Be the progressive guy he claims to be.

Step 1 to successful roster building: Whenever Ron Rivera comes to you and identifies a certain player that he wants to sign or draft, politely say "thank you for your input, Ron" and then quietly cross that guy off the list.

Get the best LG and C available.

Get younger and better safety to replace Adams and keep Reid. 

Stop loading up on nickles hoping they can play outside and get a couple more CBs who can play outside.

Fix the pass rush

Get plan B for QB.

1. Stop signing old players out of loyalty. 

2. Make an effort to improve clock management. 

3. Develop a Cam Newton contingency should his shoulder not last the 2019 season.

My first inclination was to list a few smart cracks, but I have matured.  So I will be serious---

1. Stop beating your workhorses (Cam, CMC, Luke) and protect them by giving them breaks and benching them when the game has been decided..

2. Trust your rookies.  They become unrookies faster.

3. Forget coaching from the gut--use some science and math to make smart decisions.

4. The buck stops at the head coach's desk.  Own it.

*sigh* this is all correct but impossible to do in one off season. We are screwed too be honest.
