I can't really fault the players for that. That's just what high character guys do. They accept blame and deflect credit.

5 seasons finishing under .500. 5 seasons out of 8. No back to back winning seasons, still finishing under .500 this late into Ron career. So can any one tell me how he continues fooling them? Based on "reports", he's about to fool our new owner

Its hard to fail when your building blocks were Cam, Luke, Star, and KK. The last few building blocks have been pretty bad.

Most of the talking heads who say Ron is a good HC don't even watch Panthers games. They just look at the box score, glance over the stat sheets, and watch a few highlights. Anybody who has watched a Panthers game in entirety would see how blatantly obvious it is that Ron is not a quality HC.

They don’t even do that. They see we won and think “Rivera is a good coach” and if we lose they think “Newton sucks”
