Jay Glazer was just talking about how last week he stepped up as a completely new guy in the locker room. He was really talking pep up. Maybe Pep has finally came into the Captain that C on his chest stands for.

I just heard that as well, couldn't believe what was coming out of his mouth but Glazier is usually pretty reliable.

Just saw that myself. He said he addressed the whole team and told them he went back and watched himself on tape and said he don't want to be "that guy" anymore. Amazing.

I just hope we see the difference on the field every week. So far so good though.
