Well technically, they're down a captain since Newton is out.

Obviously, he hasn't done anything yet. My guess is that's to encourage him.

When I used to work at a pretty successful bar/restaurant in college, we gave the employee of the month award to a guy we worked with who wasn’t very good at his job but tried very hard and everyone liked. It was done as a motivational tool.

I am not revealing that or any other type of personal information. Just know that it was a successful and popular place to eat in the uptown area. I worked there in the mid 2000s.
