If he hasn't decided at this point then I have very little hope that the Panthers will become a consistent winner under Tepper. I honestly think that even JR would swallow the bitter pill and realize that Rivera needs to go st this point.

Yeah, but Hurney would remain under a JR ownership.

thats pretty much where im at. I'm not supporting the team anymore if Rivera is still with the team going into next season

With how quickly information got out that it was indeed Tepper who had final say on sitting Newton, I tend to think Tepper is at the very least giving definite consideration to making a coaching change.
