Typically these "sources" are mid to high level Panthers employees. They put out the word as to what they think is going on. 

 

HOWEVER.... 

Tepper may not be looking for advice and direction from within his own organization. He has plenty of other contacts through his ownership of the Steelers he could lean on. To put it plainly, even the Panthers may not even know what will happen with the Panthers. They may have no heads up because Tepper may not be seeking their input. 

 

So take anything said this week or next with a grain of salt. We will know for sure come Black Monday.

it is very much time to start over  and start fresh

The same is true of an aging and overpaid defense and a oline thatbis beyond atrocious 

8 years of Rivera is more than enough
