Panthers center Ryan Kalil waived to the fans as he left the field following his final home game. Unfortunately for the five-time Pro Bowl selection, who is retiring, there weren't a lot of fans left. Empty seats could impact David Tepper's decision on staff changes.

Good, as fans we need to not step foot in the stadium until we clean house

Panthers coach Ron Rivera declined to talk about his future but says new owner David Tepper has been great to work with through this seven-game losing streak. The feeling inside the organization is Rivera will be back. But until Tepper publicly acknowledges there will be speculation.

Nobody wants this azzclown back. Who in the organization is saying he's safe.

Ron has the perfect excuse, Cam getting hurt and that leading the the losing streak.   The backups wouldn’t have made that much difference as today showed.  Not saying he’ll be back, but it wouldn’t surprise me.

Panthers defensive end Julius Peppers, 38, still hasn't said this will be his last season. ‘'We'll talk about that later,'' Peppers said. Cornerback Captain Munnerlyn isn't sure Peppers will want to go out on such a bad note as this season has been. Says he could play five more years if he wanted because ‘'he's a freak of nature.''
