In my humber opinion, all positions in all business should be evaluated ongoing.

That said, I do not think that we will be making a change at QB, nor should we, unless it's PROVEN that Cam will not be able to get back to some degree of health.  I do not ever expect him to have the velocity of his youth, but he will need to get healthy enough to make NFL throws.

We have 2 years to see that through.

I would think this is obvious. Any time any player has an injury their future will be in question to varying degrees. I highly doubt we’re at the level of concern that the Colts had with Luck or many team had with Manning, and look how those two turned out.

I would hate for him to be let go and then on to make a full recovery a year from now and light it up again with another team.

and at the same time...

I'd hate to keep him, realize in a year his arm is done and the Panthers dragged out rebuilding and finding a replacement.

I don’t understand. Before he got injured he was 15 TD and 4 INTs and being talked about as an MVP. Then he gets hurt and declines a little and now everyone wants him to leave. Everyone just calm down, get him healthy and we will be fine.
