Ron isn't going anywhere.  He'd be sitting on 21+ wins in the last two seasons if his QB's shoulder hadn't turned into wetted tissue paper.

The odds of us finding a coach better than RR anytime soon are quite remote.  It's been damn near 20 years since we've had a coach as bad as the Koetter/Hue/Josephs/Bowles/Wilkes/McAdoos of the world, and the franchise should do all it can to avoid that type of scenario.

And who’s fault was that?

We're probably about to lose 8 games in a row and complete our second 6-10 season in the last three years.

It sounds like some of you guys are so terrified of being truly awful that you're not willing to take a chance on being great. I'm tired of being an every other year team. We've had far too much talent on this roster not to put together a single instance of back to back winning seasons.

It has been said many times...

I will take a chance on someone who might be bad but also might be good over someone whom I know is bad every single time without a single regret or a second thought.

I swear, it really is like some people on here are conditioned to accept that mediocrity is okay, or at least preferable to making changes.

Ron Rivera might not be good or great, and I agree he should probably be fired, but he’s definitely not a bad head coach.

It isn’t about accepting mediocrity, I just think y’all overestimate the quality of the other 31 head coaches.  Rivera’s probably in the top 15.

Being in the "top 15" of a group of 32...

Yeah, that's pretty much mediocrity.

Lol all you do is switch goal posts.

I was responding to you saying Rivera is bad every time.  Being in the top 15 /=/ bad.
