That's what I've been trying to tell everyone. Like it or not, Ron's going to be our coach next year. The only way he's going to be fired if he doesn't come up with anything other than 7-9. Especially if we start like we did in '16 (1-5 in the first 6 weeks?).

I'm not saying Ron is the best coach in the world, but he isn't the reason this team is struggling.  Give him a healthy QB and no doubt this team is in the playoffs. Defense is much improved since he took the reigns.

I wouldn’t be so quick to put “Ron Rivera” and “smart” in the same sentence. Could very well be Tepper. Or even Hurney trying to hold onto his job.

Oh, no doubt. We might even make a run for the SB. Let's say we finish 6-10 & last place in NFC South; that'll allow us to draft excellent players every round, play same place losers from NFC East/North & extra motivation for the season. Cam will be determined to redeem himself & our entire team will be hungry for wins.

Lmao. How have people been watching this team for this long and keep falling for this charade? Every last misfortunate gives Ron an excuse for his imcompetency and gives him another year to ruin another season and find another excuse. Was Cam not healthy when the Steelers scored 100 points on us in the biggest game of the year up to that point? Does a healthy QB make him play more talented younger players instead of garbage vets like Matt Kalil and Devin Funchess and Torrey Smith? Does a healthy QB help him find an actual coordinator instead of just promoting an unqualified positions coach?
