Here is what fans know so far: 

Cams injury is inhibiting his ability to throw a football as he once did. 

That is the extent of our knowledge, anything more is pure speculation.

Surgery may or may not help.  Sometimes the only course of action is to give the body enough time to heal and that may take a few months or possibly more than a year.

 If they try to get him fixed after the season and only rehab during the offseason, .....his arm will be dead by mid season again. Didn't work in 2018 and it won't work next year.
