Drew Brees passer rating when targeting Jackson and Bradberry last night? A 42.4 (Jackson) and a 2.8 when targeting Bradberry. Not a typo, a 2.8 passer rating.

Bradberry played well.  His stats were aided by the fact I think at least 3 balls Thomas caught on him were called back.  Great performance.  Probably not as great as that stat shows.

actually an idiot that can’t read. The point was Brees had bad years, looked done. So have many great quarterbacks over the years. Fans toasted those quarterbacks also— Cam is getting toasted now, but he will ge back— for us or someone else

While the defense as a whole played their best game of the season I think it says more about NO's current state of affairs.  They better pick it up or the may get bounced from the playoffs before the even get to the NFCC game.

I don't think we have either of those on the roster. Gaulden isn't really much of anything, I really think he was a wasted pick with tons of other natural Safeties available (like the younger Reid brother) and unfortunately Corn hasn't looked that great either.

So hopefully we make those moves next year and things look up.

Though I agree with you about Ron calling plays (he has stated he's considering of calling plays from now on), Brees's performance DOES decline whenever we plays anywhere outside. He's an All-Star anywhere inside, but outside? Pretty average.
