Poll: Should Cam sit for the final two games?

There is a very slim shot we make the playoffs. That shot is so slim, we might as well accept that we are not making the playoffs.

So, do you let Cam start his rehab, healing, whatever it is gonna take to get his shoulder right and let Heinicke run the offense for the last two games?

We have very little to lose, other than the last two games, which one could argue actually would help us in the long run because of draft positioning, etc. We could have a lot to gain, including the health of our franchise QB.

I vote making him sit. I know Cam likely doesn't want to, but continuing to throw him out there with this play calling and coaching, alongside our inconsistent OL, is helping nothing.

Season is shot...this would give us a chance to see if Hinieke is groomworthy or not.

Regardless if u wanna sign Cam long term or hope to trade him...can’t do either without him healthy

Should have sat out since that Steelers game. To keep playing your injured QB regardless of the fact that his injury causes him to continually hurt the team is an unforgivable offense. Heinicke would have won that game yesterday.

I believe that with the way our defense was playing you are probably right.  Having a guy who can throw the ball better than 15 yards is always a huge help.

Not only should we not play him any more this season, we should plan on not playing him again until he's healthy whenever that may be.
