What would it take for you to trade Cam?

I'd be thrilled if someone were stupid enough to trade a 3rd round pick at this point.  A few weeks ago I thought completely different about it.  What I watched last night was a player that I hesitate to even call a professional QB.

People are either joking or just plain don't know football if they don't think Cam would demand at least a 1st round pick. Even if his shoulder is fuged, there are desperate teams who would take a 1 year gamble on Cam Newton.

Jaguars/Broncos/Redskins are the only teams who would make sense because they have win now rosters. I doubt a young team would gamble on Cam's health.

Yeah there’s multiple teams who would beg us to trade him to them for a first.

You are crazy if you don't think a team on the verge of making the playoffs wouldn't gamble a 1st round pick on Cam Newton.

 

Best case they could easily hit gold if they get Cam for just a 1st round pick and his should fully recovers and he is back to old Cam. Worst case Cam is done, but his contract expires in 2 years. Not much of a gamble to be honest.

i would do a 1st and 2nd in 2019 and 2020 and a 2nd in 2021. In a HEARTBEAT. That gets you a stud LT and DE (maybe 2 DEs) in the 1st this year. 2 studs in the 2nd. and then 2020 you draft your QB of the future.

QB class next year is not that good. We use next year to unload all old players, get young and rebuild. If we do it right like Seattle this year, we can still rebuild and remain competitive
