Really, how on earth does the team not know whats wrong with his shoulder and what course needs to be taken.   100 million dollar QB, lets try some accupuncture and see how that goes...  Dosnt inspire much faith in the teams managment all around.   Hopefully they get it figured out.

This is the same team that botched two TD knee surgeries. Botched managing Jake's elbow. Had Jon Beason out there playing on a duct taped together Achilles. Sadly, this is kind of par for the course for the Panthers.

Or maybe take him to Peyton Manning’s passing school so he can learn the basic footwork and throwing motion.
