For the first time in years, Cam does not give us the best chance to win (through no fault of his own)

it was time to shut him down in the bucs game. At this point, you’re just playing Russian roulette with that shoulder.

I suspect it's an injury that he can't make any worse by playing through...  if the muscle/tendon/ligament is already torn, can't tear it any worse...  but, the longer he plays with it, the longer he delays ever coming back 100% because he's delaying repairing it and rehabbing.

How is this clickbait?

It’s clickbait because the title is just a quote that could be taken any number of negative ways without the context and requires one to click to get the context and discover it is not some negative thing he said. Most commonly utilized by websites to generate clicks and therefore page views. This is actually pretty much the definition of clickbait.

That being said, I don’t care and think the other guy going after you for this was dumb. Just answering the question.

Fair enough.

Cam has a shoulder injury. He’s had it for a while. He’s played relatively well even into portions of the losing streak, but then he ran into 30MPH winds in Tampa. When the Bucs took away our intermediate passing game, and Norv took away our running game, his deep ball was exposed in windy conditions.

I’m guessing this is largely physical and somewhat psychological. He lacks confidence in his own arm, and that impacts his reads and decisions. I hope the proper decisions are made, if they haven’t already been.

We also have a major deficiency at left tackle, for like the 400th consecutive season. Good work, Gettlehurn!
