It's been my issue with Rivera.  We don't seem to play with urgency until mathematically it's usually too late.

No, you stop calling dog poo plays. Calling short plays on long downs and long plays on short downs is just retarded. Norv in the first half of the season was great, but then he went to hell. His situational and redzone playcalling has been terrible.
