What if tonight is Pittsburgh the sequel?

I'd hope so but I think Ron is staying unfortunately. It's clear this team even if they miraculously made the playoffs is not equipped to contend for a championship. So I'm down to lose out and get a high draft pick and select a badass edge rusher to help the old and failing defense.

Schefter has already said that because Ron and Marty are respected around the League that they both will probably be back next year.

Marty is so well respected that after he was fired by the Panthers the first time, he couldn't so much as get a call back from any of the 31 other teams for an unpaid internship.

    • Looking forward to seeing him. We're going to have to lean heavily on the run game and if we could have two guys running like Chuba has been, then we're going to be in good shape going forward. Probably no way we're winning this week, but I just hope we can show a team that is moving in the right direction out there. Little victories, those would be nice. But good luck to the young man. I hope he's brave enough to perform up to his capabilities. Coming off an injury is tough on the confidence.
    • Mays is not under contract for next season. The team signed him off of the Giants practice squad after they picked him up following the Panthers cutting him. Absolutely right about BC being one of the best 6th OL guys out there rn tho!
