MSM are reporting both riviera and hurney are keeping their jobs into 2019, so what’s the chances of young fresh blood being injected into this franchise?

I would love Matt Campbell as the head coach of the Carolina Panthers.

I don't know how common this is, but Campbell played d-line at Pittsburgh and Mount Union but actually went through the ranks of college football as an offensive coach.

I remember in Campbell's first year as HC of the Cyclones, he beat the absolute poo out of some guy named Patrick Mahomes (66-10).

I get that people may be concerned about Campbell's record at Iowa State but keep in mind he has had ZERO NFL talent (no players drafted from Iowa State) since he got to Ames. With a little NFL talent this year in Hakeem Butler and David Montgomery he went 8-5 (back to back 8 win seasons) with a nice win over WVU and Will Grier (holding Grier to his worst statistical performance).

Additionally, for all the fans that hate Ron for his stoic personality, Campbell is at the opposite end of the spectrum.
