Remember when Eric Reid was going to make our defense so much better? We've gotten way worse since he joined the team.

A safety has no impact on defensive line play. The problems were always there.. We were just winning so people ignored them

Imagine what it would look like without him

Also, I can't remember the Defense looking too good before him.  So I don't think his play alone has made the defense worse.

Reid is the problem, lets look elsewhere
