of course, we also fumble the frequently, anyway.....

One aspect of Ron Meek's Defense, aside of pass defense, is stripping the ball. the Colts Defense was usually always among the leagues best at forcing fumbles. Hopefully they keep up the good work, and possibly increase their average of FF (2.2). and decrease the # of fumbles on offense.

But with success, also leaves room for improvement-- despite forcing the fumbles, we are 24th in recovering them, at only 34.6%. something the defense is still working on.

its not THE problem. but it is a problem. thats possibly good field position and/or points left on the field. like dropping ints, missed opportunities.

I have tried to strip while tackling a few times and it is very difficult. She usually gets away and locks the bathroom door.

with all due respect, recovering fumbles has a lot to do with luck, where what players are at what time.
