I never understood what the Vikings saw in Cousins and why they thought he was a major upgrade over Keenum and worth that money. I always thought they were roughly equal. They're both good enough to win when surrounded by a great team but neither are anywhere close to elite and if you pay them franchise QB money you're not going to be able to surround them with the type of team they require to win.

Rick Spielman has generally been a pretty good GM, but they all make mistakes, sometimes big ones.

On the coaching end though, DeFilippo was Zimmer's choice.

I hear you but I think CHicago and Dallas will be 3 and 4.   Those teams aren’t the dominant juggernauts so it won’t Reflect so much I. The score.
