Difference between ron and a great coach

Dude said in his presser that “we have holes to fill on this team” and “we need to add speed to the defense. When we play fast good things happen.”

so all of a sudden the team has holes and all of a sudden Ron and Marty have figured out that the NFL is now about speed.

Marty said that last season. We addressed it with Moore and Jackson.

Was going to write about this today. Two high profile coaches who took an L yesterday took full blame for the loss. You ask Ron about it and he says you need to ask the players... I supported him all the way until yesterday. He can coach defense but should no longer be a head coach. He is like Jack Del Rio where they are hard nosed coaches who are stuck in a bygone era and can't adapt to today's NFL.

Unfortunately Ron doesn't have the mindset to coach in todays NFL.  He doesn't think offensively, consistent poor clock management, and apparently poor defensive scheme calling as well.  Ive liked and wanted him to succeed, now I believe its time to try a new direction.  I would like to see Norv continue the offensive play calling and take over the HC duties for the balance of the season.
