The State of the Panthers

This season has been one of the most confusing ones I can remember. We were 6-2, not really playing great but finding ways to win. Then the Steelers blow us out and we lose 5 straight, defense is falling apart and Cam is looking like he might be closer to retirement than anyone wants to admit.

I just can’t figure out what happened after that Steelers game that caused our free fall into the abyss. Yes teams get blown out but they usually don’t go into a tailspin. 

Can we blame Ron alone for this failure of a season, is it Ron and Hurney? Are players being coached properly and just not making plays?

This is one season I’m pretty sure nobody here will forget.

I dont understand how we can have such terrible play calls in the redzone and short and goal....  Have a few plays up your sleeve for christ sake !!

The Steelers exposed our secondary as the fraud they are

We were exposed on national television. The Steelers are awful. A team that cared would be resilient but I knew there was a good chance we lose out

Sadly the reality is we are more the 0-5 team verses the 6-2 team. This has become a vertical game league and we are running horizontal

Watching this Ron Rivera team I've realized it's easy for teams to game plan against us. We suck at game-planning against other teams.
