I disagree, there is little talent in that secondary at the moment.   Some had talent, but it has passed them with age.

Not sure it is a binary situation 

The secondary overall lacks talent AND the coaching sucks ass

With Rogers as the coach and what I have seen from Gaulden, I'm not hoping or expecting much. The worst part of the defense is the one that is coached by Ron's besty. LOL FML
