Last week as in before TB? Or last week as in heading up to Cleveland? 

Either way, it could be “on the players”, but when your captains are the ones with 1 foot out the door (Olsen, TD, Kalil) it might be hard for the players to have their back and play for Ron

Davis wants to play next year.  Davis has 0% chance of playing with the Panthers next year if Ron and Marty get fired.

B) If the meeting was last week before the Bucs game it clearly didn't make a difference and this team is done

What would help is our interior pass rush not sucking ass.

Honestly what are they going to say? It's not like there's one or two issues we have consistently. Every game, hell from series to series there is a different issue plaguing us.

The only consistent problem I can point to is a lack of pass rush and terrible edge setting.

 

Both could be alleviated by drafting one or two stud DE's in the draft next year
