When u can’t pressure the quarterback and u insist on dbs playing off sitting in a zone it allows any decent QB to throw 8-12 yard passes any time they like. Bree’s might set another record against this defense

To ESPN Panthers are always below the radar, this collapse is pretty historic for them to take notice.   All that happened is we went from winning close games to losing them or more accurately - giving the games away on a platter.

32nd in defense over the losing streak. It's on Rivera for getting figured out and not adapting besides taking over playcalling in the 2nd half against the lowly Bucs. Also, their stats show nobody watches film. Praising our defensive line during the 6-2 start when they haven't done poo outside of the Dallas game. Also, their CHANCE PERCENTAGE metric to make the playoffs or win a game is the most useless stat in the world. Nothing compares and this destroys that statistic. They should just rename it hype percentage. 101 passer rating without pressure even in the first nine games shows just how truly awful our secondary is.

It’s not just coaching guys, our defense is old and slow.  We need an overhaul from top to bottom.
