Myth #1 - CMC at 5'11 208 is too small to be a feature back

Mythbuster - Let's take a look at backs of similar size that have had long, successful careers (all time rushing rank):

Myth #3 - Force feeding CMC has held back our offense

Mythbuster - According to analytics from Football Outsiders, our offense is

8th in the league in efficiency
5th in the league in points per drive
5th in the league in offensive drive success rate

4th among all RBs in successful run play percentage
2nd among all RBs in successful receiving play percentage

Myth #4 - CMC needs to come off of the field in the red zone.

The Panthers are 7th in the league in red zone TD percentage

Hmmmm so I’ll point out the obvious

CMCs myth is much like the black qb myth 

and the myth huddler racists don’t want to say ‘not athletic’ enough

all of the OPs myths basically say he’s not black enough to be a RB...

thats the real myth

People were rediculous last season talking negative about McCaffrey. It was clearly the Shula not utilizing him properly. After this season anyone who talks bad about CMAC in any way should be banned. We have not had an offensive threat at his level since Smitty in his prime and CMAC may be even better when it’s all said and done after week 16.

Barring injury he could one day have a 1000 rushing and 1000 receiving year if not this season. Very similar to Marshall Faulk
