Cam's passing numbers are similar to Russell Wilson's because they are both in run-first offenses with conservative HCs -relying on the defense to win games. The Panthers shouldn't be just now finding real weapons for Cam. And they sure as heck haven't made drafting o-line talent a priority.

Cam has had plenty of game winning drives in his career. New receivers, new OC, no Olsen, new o-line, nursing an injury that limits practice reps, and you're convinced that Cam is in a perfect situation to win every game now? 

If Norv is still onboard next year, Cam is ready to go by training camp, and we're healthy (on the o-line and receiving corp), I think you'll see this offense go to the next level - in a big way. 

Hell, if nothing else, you've gotta give him a year to shake off all that Shula funk that's plagued him the last 5 years. 

I completely missed that first part. No QB in the history of ever has done more with less.  Few QBs have been given less than Cam has in the first place. Gettleman didn’t draft one single skill position worth a poo. He found a couple decent OL in the mid rounds and undrafted, but otherwise neglected the OL.  Hurney trades for Olsen, that was great. He drafted CMC and Moore and Samuel, they have been great.  We are only finally giving Cam the barebones of a supporting cast.  He’s had to deal with only Olsen to be a legitimate offensive weapon for most of his career.  

After Smitty was shown the door early in Cam’s career, only bums have been brought in prior to CMC. And yet Cam has dragged these bums to a Super Bowl and a couple of other good years. Joe Montana, Peyton Manning or Tom Brady wouldn’t have taken the ‘15 team to the Super Bowl. 

Others have done more with less my ass.

Every time Cam plays like strait garbage is always someone else's fault. How many times did Rivera's D bail Cam out of a piss poor performance in 8 years. How many games has cam failed to score over 24 points and still win the game lmao.

When a defense doesn't allow 30+ points in a 4 game skid, or a coach plays talent from the start instead waiting for old vets to get hurt.  Have you not seen Cam's numbers?

Our defense got a couple stops late in the Tampa game but our offense turned it over 3 times in the second half so

Yes but cam and cmc have improved their connection this year Just look at the fact that 80 of 92 targets were caught this year  compared to 80 of 112 targets last year and cmc has not dropped even one ball this year

the Panthers are 17-43 in games they score less than 24 points in with Cam Newton playing. Your argument sucks

they are 54-18 in games they give up less than 24 points in, meaning we will win 75% of the time our defense decides to not play like poo, sounds like a pretty good testament to Cam

Well yes I defended cmc when they said he was a wasted pick because I knew his potential. And I want Cam and the team to succeed. A successful team helps everyone.
