I could easily see the Giants/Jaguars/Bengals being at the top of this list as those are teams who have a playoff roster and could use a franchise QB like Cam Newton. I think those 3 teams would easily give up 2 1st round picks and possibly more for a 29 year old QB.

Or give Cam a chance to shut it down starting now and get a clean up procedure done on his shoulder and a full recovery timeline and see if he recovers next year.

Im riding and dying with Cam. He is my favorite player, I still think he can win a championship here in Carolina.

I'd shut Cam down and rest him. Draft a 1st round defensive end and sign a legit big body WR to pair with Samuel/Moore and then win the superbowl next year

Luck went that route and it was 1.8 years before he saw the field again and they still bring out Brissett to throw deep.  

This team can't afford to wait until fall 2020 and throw away a season of rookie CMC and prime Luke as well as 20 million in cap space.
