Have the firings given you new hope for playoffs?

I always hope the team will win.  I fear what could potentially happen if we start rebuilding the organization completely.  If it doesn't work right away we could be looking at a sustained run of irrelevance.  On the positive side, I would have more time for golf on Sundays.

There is something called oversight--the problems on D have been there all year, yet it takes a 4-game losing streak and an angry new owner  to get Ron to move? Leadership is about vision and proactivity.  Ron is a DC--nothing more.

We are right in the playoff mix but it doesn’t feel like it.

I’m still cheering for us to win out. Will we? Not sure but I don’t believe in cheering for my team to lose. We don’t make the playoffs, we have to wait until August to see our team play again. I’m tired hearing I can’t wait to next year like that automatically makes things different . I don’t believe in wishing time away. That’s one thing that you can’t get back or extend. Just want us to come out and finish the year strong. If the chips fall to let us in the post season then so be it. Anything can happen.

We actually still have a legitimate chance to go to the playoffs if we can grab one of the Saints game's.

Had he made the move two weeks ago while we still had a good shot at the playoffs, yes. No that  we need help from other teams to get in, not so much.

If anything these firing have made me lose any hope I had left. Ron is a stubborn as they come and this just proves that he is never going to change.

  Imagine you ran a company and that company had about 55 employees making $160m.  Your CEO allowed them to under perform all season, but did not do anything about it because the stock price stayed above the red line.  But the Price to Earnings ratio was problematic and competition was improving--catching you.  Your CEO waits for  the competition to pass you and the stock to drop for 30 consecutive days and then starts firing department managers just a month before the annual stockholders' meeting. 

You are a stockholder on the board.  What do you do?

Yes. Until we're mathematically eliminated, I ALWAYS believe we will make the playoffs and make a Super Bowl run.

The road may get more difficult along the way to achieve it, but I always believe there's a chance.

Well since Im flying in for the Mon. nighter and bought way overpriced seats (before the season).Im praying for a win against the Browns to keep playoff hopes alive. Then at worst Ill be there to Boo my ass off if we're flushing the season down the toilet against the Saints.
