Good points and I agree. I also think it's too little, too late. I agree with many here; the specter of Jerry Richardson still hangs over this organization as long as Hurney and Rivera remain in their respective positions. It's time for real change.

Get rid of the assistant coaches while the main culprits of bad play calling/coaching get to stay. Yup that fixed the problem.

I’m sure Tepper probably did state some changes need to be made then he’s gonna sit back and watch and see how Ron goes about this.  And when  he keeps his obvious weak link friends Rodgers and Washington (tepper knows one or both should be fired ) instead of firing either and scape goating 2 assistants. Hoke was-a joke hiring anyway  .. it’s just another misstep by Ron showing why he shouldn’t be a head coach 

^ This x 1000. His buddy Rodgers has done little to nothing since he brought him here. As has been stated, Immamura got the shaft. I can see Hoke getting canned since Washington is basically being "demoted" back to coaching the DL, but there's nothing to suggest Immamura was a reason for the defensive struggles. This clearly Ron covering his buddy's rear end. Which may costs both of the end.
