Maybe if we didn’t hire from within every time we’d have some qualified people in those positions. If the HC is taking over for people on the staff after a four game skid, then he’s a moron for not realizing it and trying to keep threats away.

The thing is is this on Rivera or was this ON JR CHEAPING OUT B/C THAT WAS SOMETHING HE WAS ACCUSTOM TO DOING? I'll take the later. However, Hoke was brought in from the outside and was a boneheaded decision.

So, instead of admitting guilt and resigning, Rivera prefers to hold others accountable?

What a pathetic coward!

LOL @ your suggestion that RR should resign. This ain't politics bro. Either Tep gives him his walking papers or he stays.

I cant respect that and ultimately this type of loyalty is going to cost him his job.

It should cost Rivera his job.  Tigers has been a failure with every unit he has coached here.  If Rivera won’t fire him, I hope Tepper fires both of them.

Such bs how Washington is not fired

Washington does not need to have full control of the defense or play calling duties, those were taken from him it sounds like.  He's actually a pretty decent DL coach, so putting him in charge of the front 7 might be a good move.

He has no business being DC or making the play calls.
