Yea, especially when the film literally proves them wrong and you can actually see and point out Riveras coaching mistakes.

The internet exists there Kalil....we can all see the non challenges, or the stupid challenges, and the wasted time outs, and the same play calls, etc. etc.

It’s not all Ron’s fault. Cam let them down today as did the offensive line. The defense has let us down in about 10 games this season. Gano sucks dick and fug anyone who disagrees because they’ll eventually come around. Washington is the worst coordinator we’ve ever had on either side of the ball.

But the preparation, the approach, the strategy, the lackadaisical response to losses, the not playing DJ until week 6, that’s all on Ron.

This isn't even close to just being about today or this year only.

Washington was picked by Ron as was Shula....the difference is Shula = Washington but Shula was kept around and if JR was still here Washington would be kept around too. Rivera is the main problem.

Shula sucked but man, Washington is historically bad.

They are in the same league but Washington is about as incompetent as is possible.

I mean people on here used to be like "they are in the NFL yadda yadda yadda". Well if anyone ever questions your football just be like the Panthers hired Washington as DC so literally anyone has a chance.

I think he may actually be the worst coordinator the league has ever seen. We've had an all time bad OC and DC under this fuger....that's how incompetent he is at picking people for the job and that includes starting lineups.

Problem is Ryan is still backing RR

The team's discipline is dependent and reliant on coaching.  WTF.

He is such a players coach that he has guys lying down in front of the bus for him.

I'm old enough to have seen in my life players cry real tears when their utter loser coach gets fired, because they "like/love" him.

And therein lies the problem... when the relationship between coach and player is an EMOTIONAL one rather than a PROFESSIONAL one.

Emotion is a limited and extremely erratic commodity.  Professionalism, however, is neither limited nor erratic.

Same was with JR and the organization.  Same dynamic with players-coaches.  It's great they're one big family but will they start consistently winning for once?

We've got an emotional crew here.  Erghh.
