All teams who had a couple good players, had a decent draft maybe 2 at most, replaced the coach and started winning almost instantly.

Of course there are teams who do take years like the Raiders but that is due to shitty decision making and mistakes by the FO...not really due to ‘rebuilding’.

It doesn’t take years to start winning with a new cast, it just takes smart choices and people (FO) who know what they’re doing.

I’d rather lose with a new cast knowing it’s growing pains rather than by a cast who’s been here ten years. Ultimately that’s really the difference.
