Ron Rivera officially on the hot seat.

Well that seems pretty official,.. not speculating on what Tepper may or may not be thinking.

in that case, let’s discuss new coaches, making some Gruden type trades etc,..

trade people like Luke and KK for picks? Hurney gone too?

Just blow it up. Hell,.. Cams on table too,.. what can we trade him for?

”major” changes might include all of that,.. so rip off all the bandaids and see what we have

Shocking that you of all people would be pessimistic

Right ...like Jerry Richardson didn’t “meddle” ...Fox’s lame duck season...not signing anyone during the league negotiations just to make a point..telling Hurney to pay his “family” guys regardless of our salary cap and such...that’s all meddling.

Turn it around? Last I checked as I just said, we were in the playoffs last year and aren’t yet out this year. Not sure how that classifies as turning it around.

Or didn’t I just say that already? We can discuss this when the outcome of this season is completed. Depending on the outcome of the season maybe I will change my mind.

I kinda doubt that.

You want to be scared of what could happen if we hire somebody new? That's fine. I'm more scared of continuing to decline.

As I've said many a time, I'll take a chance on somebody who might be bad over somebody who I know is bad every single time without any hesitation whatsoever.

Said it elsewhere: We have a lot of cap space and open roster spots next season. The team is set for a major retooling.

That's not a bad thing, unless the job of managing that overhaul is left in the hands of the two guys who have yet to prove they can build a winning team.

We're sitting at # 23 in anticipated 2019 cap space. That's with 35 players under contract. Half of the available cap will be gone just from filling the roster. Another chunk for draft picks. That isn't going to leave a lot for a major retooling.

Who says we will lose? I thought fan cheered for their team?

We are a terrible team. It starts with Ron. Our record says 6-5 but really should be 4-7. The Rams, Saints, Bears, hell even the Cowboys would kick our ass. We are a team that will most likely lose to the Browns next week. We aren't making the playoffs and if we do, we aren't making it past any of those teams. Rivera has killed this team with his outdated philosophy.

Thirty five open roster spots with salary cap space available (potentially even more if you part ways with guys like Short, Poe and others) is plenty of available resource with somebody who knows what they're doing.

The important part, of course, is getting somebody who knows what they're doing.
