Be careful what you wish for.  I said it back before the season started, I don’t think Tepper will be as successful as some of you think.  I’ve got bad feelings that he may be a meddler moving forward and we all know how that turns out.

so you're psychic?  you have a bad feeling?   are you a prophet?

Shocking that you of all people would be pessimistic

He just needs to cut out the fat when it needs to be instead of doing nothing and watching his team crumble like JR did. We aren't going to win a championship with Ron as head coach anyway. It's time to start the process and find someone who can.

I had the Panthers at 10-6 going into the season, but I'm expecting to be underwhelmed with an 8-8 or 9-7 record. I always count on the Panthers to drop-kick at least one should-be win into the loss column. This year, they've had three of these (Redskins; Lions; Seahawks), along with a complete cluster on national TV (Pittsburgh). That simply reflects bad coaching.

Is that, along with missing the playoffs, enough to cause Tepper to take action? I hope so.

Old school is fine until it isn't. And now, for the Panthers, it isn't. The Washington as DC experiment has been a disaster and something Rivera should be addressing (maybe he is?). They've had the same scheme for years, but all of the sudden people are out of place? Coaching.

We need some new school - someone more analytical.

I wonder if Scott Turner is more "analytical"?

Good luck with that.  By the time this $hitshow turns around Cam and Luke will be old and decrepit

Not to mention 2-3 games earlier in the season where we barely came out with a victory. We are a much worse team than our record indicates.
