We are so much better then what our record says

Let me dive into to . We should have one loss on the season and that's to the steelers , no excuses on that one . Let's start with the games we should have one if it wasn't for poor coaching and choking .

1. Atl . We should have beat the falcons , we looked like the more dominant team in that game but with bad coaching we lost it at the end  and almost nearly won with dj Moore almost scoring a big td at the end , falcons couldn't stop dj Moore and rivera was too dumb to bench torrey smith so that's one reason why we lost to atl 

2. Redskins once again poor coaching , being so conservative allowing the redskins a 17 point head start then we make a come back when we finally get aggressive , hey titanic ron ! Why didn't you play agressive in the begging ? Then as much as people hate to say it cam lost us this game too , wide open mccaffrey , over throw , wide open Olsen he throws it else where .

3. Lions . For a team that we dominated and lost by some of the worst coaching I have seen ! Especially dumb ron going for 2 in a stupid situation and also graham gano screwed us but there is no  consequences for his dumb ace 

4. Seahawks . We should have blown them out . This was on ron and norv . Are you kidding me you can't punch the ball in the redzone twice ? We could have used those two extra points , and Graham gano once again screwed us . 

We should have only one loss on the season but when you have titanic ron as your head coach that think it's the 1980s that's the result you will get . Oh yea and eric Washington is the defensive Shula . Someone answer this for me 

how in the world do we have better talent but look 100x worse on defense , hands down close to being one of the worst defenses I seen in a while for us . Eric Washington should get the hell out

This team is also two unlikely plays away from being 4-7. The Steelers could have dropped 100 on this defense if they wanted. 

This team is talented enough offensively to beat anyone but is bad enough defensively to lose to anyone.

We won almost all home games and lost almost all away games.   Which is the real panthers, the home game or the away game team?  I would like to think we can fix whatever is giving us problems and fast.

Lets see.

1. Atl.  3 new coordinators and OL changes because of injuries, who knows what we had going in. But the fact we fought till the end was impressive.

2. Redskins, Rivera fumbled 2x? and teams with a 17 point lead play softer on defense so don't let the "aggressiveness" fool you. 

3. Lions, no real excuses but Gano did really cost us that game.

4. Seahawks. That's on the defense and the big plays and the red zone play calls or execution. 

We should have won the Lions and Seahawks games, so I say we have 3 loses.

I compare it to a job that has all new management and supervisors and changes with the procedures and some employees. It's gonna take time and they are hoping we get it rolling around now and we have come close with some hiccups. The potential is there.

I don't care about the past. This is where the Panthers are...and, If Lazy River hasn't lost the team with his rhetoric, We should win most of our games that are left. Can we be the ..    .

We have some talent and promise on D. Washington makes it hard to have any success though. If he was fired and Ron took over the D after the PIT game I think we would've won our last 2. Terrible terrible hire. Should've gone outside the organization after Wilks left.

• You are really going to sit here and make the claim that Moore was unstoppable off of two touches? He had an amazing catch and run for 50+ yards and he had a 7 card carry. The catch was late in the game so all we had to go by until the 4th was one 7 yard run. Relax.

• From the start of the game we got lit up. The playcalling on offense wasn't stupid during the first drive. CMC 9 yard run - Cam 4 yard run for a first down - CMC 8 yards again - 2nd and 2 we run for no gain - 3rd and 2 we run again for 1 yard. You can't knock us running here for two yards when all the runs prior were successful. 
• DJ Moore muffs the punt and the Redskins recover. They get a touchdown on the next play. This has nothing to do with offensive playcalling. The rookie you were pining for to get more action cost us points. 0-7.
• Cam throw on first down ( aggressive ), Cam run, Cam throw on third and long ( aggressive ). 
• Defense gives up a 12 play TD. 0-14.
• Cam takes a deep shot to Funch ( aggressive ) and gets intercepted. 
• DJ Moore catches a pass, turns up field and fumbles it back to Washington. Cam lost us this game? Our young WR cost us more than Cam did. 

3. Lions . For a team that we dominated and lost by some of the worst coaching I have seen ! Especially dumb ron going for 2 in a stupid situation and also graham gano screwed us but there is no  consequences for his dumb ace 

• Look, part of the reason we didn't kick the extra point is because Gano already missed a Field Goal and has been playing shakey. Also, he trusted Cam to make a play and by all accounts Cam should have made that throw to win the game. I still don't think we would have stopped them on defense from coming down the field and scoring back on us after that. 

4. Seahawks . We should have blown them out . This was on ron and norv . Are you kidding me you can't punch the ball in the redzone twice ? We could have used those two extra points , and Graham gano once again screwed us . 

• Agreed. We should have taken the points early but honestly, our defense was trash this game. Kind of like how it has been most of the year.

Yep, if we're going to play the ifs and buts game, we also have to acknowledge that we should've lost those games to the Giants and Eagles. You're not going to make many last second miracle 63 yard FGs or pull off many 17 point 4th quarter comebacks.
