If the Panthers can't finish against the Lions, do we really expect them to do so against the New Orleans Saints, Los Angeles Rams or Chicago Bears in the postseason?

Shitty teams go for it on 4th and short against our team even when it's not normal to do so. Playing against playoff teams with this HC and literally not even the Lions and likely Browns have respect for anything on our team.... would be like Hamburger Hill up in here. We could possibly beat Chicago.  New Orleans and LA would utterly manhandle us.  People just can't wrap their heads around the fact that this defense is now the weak point of the team, and while the offense is good, it's still not built to put up 45 - 50 points and hang with the ridiculous scoring offenses of the Saints and Rams.

Back in the day (even last year) our defense could keep us competitive with anyone.  Those days are over, sadly, in spite of a greatly improved roster on that side of the ball.  Eric Washington has tanked this squad.
