it's so tiring seeing this poo getting called unevenly.

they call the facemask for Lockett but not Cam or Luke.

they catch DJ Moore stepping out of bounds and move the ball back (without a challenge) but miss the Lions player last week step out of bounds on 3rd down on a TD drive.

no need to mention all the missed holding calls today.

even though i still think we could have lost to PIT, the officiating in the game was absolutely fuging ridiculous but received absolutely ZERO attention, partially because it was a blowout but also because it's PIT.

Agreed on all points, especially Pitt. The fan in me thinks we can win out, but common sense says we are done.

forgot to mention the best one: not reviewing the TD (i think it was PIT) for "pace of game purposes"

When Lockett scored on the pass play, coming back to the ball while in the endzone..  Miraculously there was a camera looking right down the goal line/

Why no camera on the 4 th and 3 from the side or over head.. they have that flying on strings camera to goes into the huddles etc..

Now,,  how many of you think we got away with a pick play on McCaffery's  TD reception in that end zone ??

It's never even,, and it doesn't even out over a season ...   But we do get some calls too..

I hate those who say the refs missed holding calls..    Yeah,, I agree and I know that goes both ways..  It is true, you could call holding on about 100 % of the plays..

In fine with getting away with a pick play bc it can’t be reviewed. When they get a call wrong TWICE that’s when I get frustrated. They had a sideline cam for Lockett but no our run..how is that?

the pick play was close bc there were 3 guys running into each other (2 from Seattle I believe) but there were missed calls all over this game. Getting screwed on a review is horrible.

IMO play call on previous downs could have been better on that series [also on latter field goal & int], but the ball placement short of a first down was an "Eric Reid" call. Panthers will battle this the rest of the season.

Yes the play calling was horrendous on both RZ possessions in the first half. 7 straight runs, we did hosed on the call and I wish RR would send it to the league.

    • Eh. Evero has been here through now 2 coaching regimes. He also pushed for guys like DJ Johnson and has apparently had significant enough input on some free agency moves too. At this point nobody knows about Canales. Even Bryce Young's progress has to be taken with a grain of salt. The rubber has to meet the road in a big way in 2025. But I think it's fair to say the plan from the front office seems to be to let Canales focus on the offense. Although some people could rightly argue he needs to be more hands on across the roster given the fact his defense was 32/32 last season. And look let's be real here. Virtually everyone here is going to agree Rhule was a conman and not a good NFL head coach by any means. But he did swindle our owner out of a generational amount of money. That cannot be understated. With Reich though while he was not the man for the job he didn't even coach here a full season. Saying he didn't develop anyone while giving our front office a pass for their egregiously subpar drafting before and after he was gone (see our 2024 2nd round pick) seems odd. The simple fact of the matter is we need to both draft significantly better and we need to develop talent better.
    • There is literally no risk to this move.  They are constantly churning the bottom of the roster.  Bringing them in has no impact on their tight end decisions for this coming season.
