washington is definally gone, his defense breaks down way to much and he doesnt put the players he has in the best positions to make plays, i think tepper will wait till the end of season to make changes unless we get eliminated from playoff contention early

Man I hope Donte Jackson is not out for any extended period of time. Corn Elder and Captain are CFL level players. Every defense should know that when Russell extends a play, his receivers will go deep. Again, the secondary needs another make over. Gano is garbage, besides the Giants game, he has consistently missed important field goals.

As much as we are all ready for anything to happen, nothing is going to happen until the season is over.  But yes, it is ridiculous.  It's long past time.  We know what we got with Ron and it is just not enough to hoist a Lombardi.  Good guy, not a very good head coach.  He has ridden the coattails of Cam and Luke to achieve his success.  He makes a better DC than a HC.  Man, I hope Tepper can see what we are all seeing and pulls the rug out from under him on Black Monday.  Please Mr. Tepper, please.
