that all in on making this happen is scary talk...thats how you completely gut a team for player that only makes slightly better

Imagine this team with a reliable #2 scorer instead of praying that some combination of Batum/Monk/Lamb/Williams show up every night. Could be more than slight.

Yeah and imagine if Batum somehow gets close to his previous form with two reliable scorers (if we don't trade him).      I'm not holding my breathe though on that lol.

When word on everyone being available from washington a few days ago, with most talk focusing on Wall, I thought Beal would be a great addition to help Kemba in the back court.  Never thought it would happen, If they can pull it off for Batum, Monk and first its a big win.

I think one of the reasons we can't win the close games often is because EVERYONE knows it's going to Kemba.    And dude is on fumes by then.    Another scorer would be huge, our record would look a lot different right now.

I have heard marvin, monk, lamb and a first also...that still giving up a lot.

Im not sure how id like that trade.

The only way I make this trade happen.  With us going ti have to give Kemba a Max deal.  It isnt good to have 2 massive deals such as Batums AND Beals.

If we swapped, the contracts cancel out

I still think a 1st, Batum, and Monk is the miney maker for this deal

Do what it takes.  Beal and Kemba give us a chance to take a step up.  We're not going to develop players/draft players to get to that step.

At this point

Just give me the Kemba/Beal backcourt, with Bridges developing into a athletic 3 and D 3

At this stage you have to swing for a legit Allstar to pair with Kemba, if that takes the 1st, Malik, and Batum so be it. You have to first choose the right 1st rounder and then wait for them to develop, Kemba don't have that type of time.

IMO the only player I'm not parting with to make the Beal trade to pair with Kemba is Bridges, everyone else can be on the table

I would seriously consider a deal with Batum straight up for Beal with 2 first rounders going out.  Unprotected.

I really like Monk, Bacon and Bridges.  Any deal not including those dudes or Kemba is on the table for me.  Including the next 2 first rounders.
