I don't see McD getting fired.   His guys play hard and compete.   They just need a QB and some actual WRs

Unfortunately, the only way Ron will be canned is if we finish 8-8 or below. We have never had two consistent winning seasons back-to-back, so that'll earn him one last "prove it" season.

Eric Washington will be demoted back to D-line coach & Brady Hoke will be fired. Ron will start calling plays on his own.

Peppers, Kalil bros, Funchess, Captain M, Reid, & Torrey will all be gone. TD & Olsen will be back for one last season.

Hurney will pull off a Hurney move & trade our 2020 1st round pick for a higher 2019 1st round pick. We will draft a new OT & DE.
