Nah no more retreads.. it's time we had a new coach with an offensive background.. I am sick of death of defensive coaches.

I think we need some young blood with an offensive mindset. Tired of defensive HCs . Lets see what Cam can do with a great HC.

I get where you are coming from, but I don't want another guy from the Andy Reid tree. His teams seem to wilt in the big moments (last night, playoffs, Super Bowl versus the Pats, etc.)

Saban's created a dynasty where he barely needs to coach anymore. Seriously, college is a completely different animal because the players come to you. You don't get unlimited pickings in the NFL, you need to work with what you have.
