Why does CAM continues to overthrow his WRs?

It wouldn't have made it there was my point. The Dlineman would have knocked it down, at least from my view.

that may have been.. I thought he could,,, but if your right, cam certainly should have seen that and not thrown the pass and try to run the ball around the left maybe

I said this in another thread. I thought for sure he may run it in as we have seen in the past. But I wonder if his leg was still affected by being rolled up on earlier in the game. Might explain why he didn't.

Agree, for a 6'5' QB, he gets a lot of passes  knocked down.

i thought about that but he didnt run it on the 3rd and 2 at the 5 with a totally open field to the left and his ankle wasn't twisted then.. I was really surprised he didnt run then..

Jeez Big Ben threw 3 interceptions today,.. nobody questioned him forcing throws into tight windows or overthrowing,.. oh Because they won,..

oh,.. because their defense tightened up when they had to and their offense started protecting better and Ben was red hot in the 4th quarter sort of like our guy against Phily,..

quarterbacks throw perfect and then they don’t,.. I know because they make the money they do they are supposed to be machines,.. but they are not.

Anyway, if fun fun catches a few key catches and makes a block we win that game probably handily and there is no stupid 2 point at the end

The issue is not putting more than 7pts in the 1st half vs multiple opponents.

That’s a huge issue for sure— I think Norv runs the offense too tight in the first half or something then loosens up after the half.

of course the Tampa game disagrees with that theory,..

Against 32nd ranked defense and the Panthers defense forcing turnovers with short field.

I blamed Cam when he threw the deep ball instead of going for the first down against the Skins.

But today, no blame at all.  Best I can remember, Cam had two overthrows for the entire game.  Ron forced the a point where all depended on a single relatively low percentage play when he didn't have to.  When that happens, the odds are against you.
