Ron Rivera is a mediocre coach that has had his career saved countless times by the very players he consistently blames for failures while giving himself and his staff a pass.

I would definitely be OK with firing Rivera and Washington and letting Norv take over, and let anyone call the defensive plays, who cares they can't do worse.

I support the call, but at the same time there's zero chance you make that call unless your kicker has been spraying the ball all over the place all day... which ours had.
